The Daito Group has established a system for receiving whistleblower reports both inside and outside the company in order to eradicate misconduct. Governance System

We provide a variety of 宝くじビンゴ5 education and awareness-raising opportunities to ensure that all stakeholders involved in our business activities understand the importance of and respect 宝くじビンゴ5.
For Employees
- We conduct 宝くじビンゴ5 awareness activities every year in conjunction with Pride Month in June and International 宝くじビンゴ5 Day in December. In June 2025, we provided basic training for all employees to promote understanding of LGBTQ issues.
- Led by the Integrity Promotion Department, we conduct compliance training for all employees on topics such as harassment and information security to promote employee understanding. Additionally, we are further deepening awareness of compliance among employees and managers through training on workplace bullying, harassment, and information security.
- We have posted the Daito Group 7 Prohibition Rules and the Daito Group Code of Conduct, which serve as our philosophy and Code of Conduct on the prevention of corruption, on our company intranet so that they are accessible at any time. In addition, we ensure that all officers and employees review and thoroughly understand content of these guidelines at the Management Plan Briefing held for employees every April. We also thoroughly implement education to prevent corrupt practices such as bribery, collusion, and embezzlement.

For Business Partners (Partner Companies, Real Estate Companies, Suppliers)
- The Daito Group 宝くじビンゴ5 Policy is publicized to a wide range of business partners, including design and construction companies and real estate companies, through our corporate website.
- At the Supplier Management Meeting, we explain our Sustainable Procurement Guidelines to suppliers to encourage their understanding. These guidelines include items related to respect for 宝くじビンゴ5, such as compliance with international 宝くじビンゴ5 standards, prohibition of discrimination and harassment, prohibition of forced labor and child labor, payment of fair wages, proper labor management, and guarantee of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
- Prior to entering into a contract with a new business partner or a partner real estate agency that acts as a real estate intermediary, we make extensive efforts to prevent corruption by conducting a corruption risk assessment in advance to covering bribery, embezzlement, fraud, labor violations, 宝くじビンゴ5 violations, etc.
- We have established internal and external whistleblowing systems that ensure confidentiality for whistleblowers and ensure they are not subjected to any detrimental treatment. We provide prompt relief if any 宝くじビンゴ5 violations are discovered. We also offer support to supplier companies that do not have an internal whistleblowing system in place, such as subsidizing the costs of responding to the sustainability assessment system and holding seminars.
For the General Public and Local Communities
- With the goal of providing rental housing that is open to everyone and contributing to the realization of a society that accepts diversity, we held an online talk show event in January 2024 called "Housing is a 宝くじビンゴ5" on the issue of non-Japanese nationals who are at a disadvantage in terms of housing.
