Health Declaration

Daito Group believes that enabling diverse employees to work happily and healthily in both mind and body, regardless of age or gender, is important for the continuous growth of the company. We announced the health slogan of "Becoming a 100-year Group full of vitality where everyone can play an active role," and actively strive to maintain and improve the health of employees, while promoting 楽天ビンゴ. Also, we have formulated a Health Declaration that applies to everyone working in the Group's businesses, including dispatch and subcontracted workers. As part of our 楽天ビンゴ, we are encouraging employees to develop a habit of eating breakfast, and to quit smoking. We are also striving to reduce overtime work out of consideration for their work-life balance.

Daito Trust Construction announced its Health Declaration, and is promoting 楽天ビンゴ, which we position as an important issue, so that each employee can work happily and healthily.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of our founding, and with the next 100 years in mind, we formulated a Group Purpose, "Link the Trust to Make a Better Future." In order to realize our Purpose, and as a company that aims to maximize its employees' capabilities, the mental and physical health of its driving force, our employees, is an extremely important topic.
Recently, against the backdrop of Japan's declining birthrate and aging population, the working-age population is continuing to decrease, and labor shortages are expected to become even more acute. Consequently, we must strive harder to address this, by enabling employees to continue working with us for longer. We are strategically implementing 楽天ビンゴ so that each employee is able to work happily and healthily, based on the Daito Group Health Declaration formulated in 2018 and the Daito Trust Health Declaration established in 2024.
Naturally, I hope that employees will 楽天ビンゴ with us for many years, but more importantly, I want them to lead happy and healthy lives. I did not pay much attention to my health when I was young. My doctor once warned me that I would not reach 60 if I continued as I was, and now I understand that the reason I can do this job is precisely because I am healthy. These days, I have been walking five kilometers every morning, and monitoring changes in my physical condition each day before heading to 楽天ビンゴ.
Based on my own experiences, I want to share the importance of valuing health above all else with all of our employees, and will endeavor to create a workplace where each employee can work happily and healthily, and can demonstrate their capabilities to the utmost. Going forward, we will continue to tackle 楽天ビンゴ, aiming to be a company where employees are able to entrust us with their lives, and will feel proud to have worked with us.

Health 楽天ビンゴ Promotion System

At Daito Trust, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the person with the highest responsibility for promoting 楽天ビンゴ. We consider maintaining and improving the health of employees as an important management issue, and are therefore advancing initiatives related to health and safety. We believe that when all employees are able to grow and engage actively, it invigorates the organization, producing all manner of ideas, and leading to improved customer service.

Specifically, our Human Resource Department and Diversity Promotion Department play a leading role, strategically identifying issues, implementing measures, evaluating and making improvements, while collaborating with health insurance associations. The Safety and Health Committee, which employees belong to, not only shares detailed information and undertakes deliberation, it also conveys employee opinions to the management. In addition, we have appointed approximately 1,000 health managers to promote 楽天ビンゴ in our 200+ offices in Japan. They cooperate with industrial physicians and public health nurses. This enables us to quickly incorporate opinions from the workplace in efforts to improve the mental and physical health of employees and their working environment.
