ビンゴ5の結果 Initiatives

The ビンゴ5の結果 Scheme is jointly managed by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Ministry of the Environment (MOE), and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). Under the scheme, the Japanese government certifies credits for CO2 emission reductions achieved by businesses and other organizations, including reductions from the introduction of energy-saving equipment and use of renewable energy. Certified credits can be traded and applied as carbon offsets to reduce ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 arising from business activities and other events.
The Daito Group actively works to cut CO2 ビンゴ5の結果 in its business activities and contribute to climate change countermeasures.

Earning Credits for Reduced ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 from Energy-Efficient Housing

Daito Group developed Japan's first project for gaining credits on ビンゴ5の結果2 emission reductions realized through energy-efficient housing, and in January 2022, the project was approved and registered by the ビンゴ5の結果 Scheme Certification Committee. This project, involving Net Zero Energy House (ZEH) rental housing and other energy-efficient housing, earns credits based on the CO2 reductions resulting from the value of the energy-saving effects of buildings. We use the credits produced to offset ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 from business activities of Daito Group.
In FY2023, we were issued credits worth 498 t-CO2, which is equivalent to an annual reduction of approximately 0.4 t-ビンゴ5の結果2 per ZEH rental housing unit. In the case of wooden row housing with six units, the average annual reduction in ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 is equivalent to approximately 1.05 million sheets of A4 paper, driving a car about 8,640 km, or operating an air conditioner for around 9,600 hours.

Earning Credits from Solar Power Generation at ZEH Rental Housing

Daito Group developed a project for acquiring renewable energy credits for the ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 reduction achieved through generation and self-consumption of solar power at ZEH rental housing, and in January 2023, the project was approved and registered by the J-Credit Scheme Certification Committee. The credits can be reported as "amount of renewable energy procured" in accordance with the reporting methods of evaluation agencies and initiatives such as CDP, SBT, and RE100.
We aim to use these credits to achieve net-zero CO2 ビンゴ5の結果 in our business activities. In FY2024, we were issued renewable energy credits worth 94 t-CO2.

Use of Our J-Credits at Sporting Events

We use J-Credits earned through our energy-efficient housing to offset ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 generated from our events.
In 2022, we implemented the first carbon offsetting at a Japanese sporting event at the 2022 Daito Kentaku E-Heya Net Ladies Tournament: Carbon Zero. We calculated CO2 ビンゴ5の結果 from power used during the tournament, operation of shuttle buses, car transportation of players, and power generator fuel, and offset these ビンゴ5の結果 with credits we had earned. This nullified 42 t-CO2 of ビンゴ5の結果. Later, we offset 61 t-CO2 at the 2023 Daito Kentaku E-Heya Net Ladies Tournament in Fukuoka, and 77 t-ビンゴ5の結果2 at the 2024 tournament.

In addition to golf tournaments, we offset 5 t-ビンゴ5の結果2 in ビンゴ5の結果 from power used at the 2023 Daito Kentaku Open supported by JWT50, with three rounds staged, in Osaka, Fukui, and Kashiwa.
We also offset 3 t-CO2 in ビンゴ5の結果 at the 2024 Daito Kentaku Open supported by JWT50, over four rounds staged in Toyama, Fukui, Tokyo, and Sapporo.
Through these initiatives, we are contributing to the realization of a decarbonized society.

Carbon Offset Service for Financial Institutions across Japan

In June 2024, we launched a nationwide Carbon Offset Service, providing charge-free credit to financial institutions based on their track record of handling home loans for the ZEH rental housing we sell.
By providing credit to our partner financial institutions free of charge, they can offset ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 from their business activities. In this way, we work in partnership with rental housing-related operators, striving together towards building a sustainable society.

  • Case Studies of Use of the Service
We calculated ビンゴ5の結果2 ビンゴ5の結果 from power used for the TECH BEAT Shizuoka 2024, held over three days in July and organized by an executive committee formed of representatives of The Shizuoka Bank and Shizuoka Prefecture. Through the implementation of carbon offsetting, we were able to provide 30 t-CO2 of charge-free credit. This was the first example of the implementation of Daito Trust Construction's Carbon Offset Service for financial institutions.

Carbon credit service for companies in our supply chain

In late November 2025, Daito began to offer carbon credits to companies in its supply chain through the ビンゴ5の結果 Scheme using renewable energy derived from solar power generation. Since 2022, we launched a system to earn credits through generation and consumption of electricity generated by solar panels installed on rental housing rooftops. We expect that the amount of renewable energy credits issued will exceed the amount consumed on construction sites in the future.
The increased portion issued will be offered to companies in our supply chain that procure materials, thus promoting reduction of Scope 2 CO2 ビンゴ5の結果 for them. Supply chain companies will be able to purchase online renewable energy credits for approximately 80 percent of the market price. We plan to install solar power generation equipment on roughly 15,000 buildings by 2030, and thereby issue 20,000 tons of credits annually. Of this total, 10,000 tons will be sold to the supply chain, as we aim to promote the use of low carbon building materials.
