Popularization of ZEH & LCCM Rental ビンゴルーレット無料
ビンゴルーレット無料 Group considers environmental initiatives a key management issue and is actively working to popularize the Net Zero Energy House (ZEH) and Life Cycle Carbon Minus (LCCM) rental housing. We plan for all of the rental housing we supply to be either ZEH or LCCM rental housing by FY2030.
What is ZEH Rental ビンゴルーレット無料?
Net Zero Energy House (ビンゴルーレット無料) is a home designed to reduce the primary energy consumption of tenants to net zero. It aims to maintain net annual energy consumption at zero or lower by balancing the energy used with energy produced on-site, such as from solar power. Key features include energy-saving innovations to control energy consumption and the ability to create energy. For example, the use of materials with excellent insulation properties and highly efficient equipment helps to cut overall energy consumption for the home. Furthermore, the installation of solar power generation equipment enables the residents to live off power they produce. Excess electricity can be sold, making it more economical, and by installing storage batteries, it is possible to secure power for times of emergency.

ビンゴルーレット無料 Group is proactively working to popularize ZEH rental housing, and in November 2017, we completed the first rental housing complex in Japan that meets the ZEH standards for detached housing. From November 2021, we have steadily expanded from wooden rental housing products to standardized ZEH housing, and as at the end of 2024, the cumulative total of contracted ZEH rental units had surpassed 120,000. By 2030, we are aiming for a cumulative total of 400,000, and are advancing rental housing business proposals, product standardization, and new product development with ZEH as standard. In addition to new buildings, we are also working to convert existing buildings to ZEH.

What Is LCCM ビンゴルーレット無料?
In addition to popularizing Net Zero Energy House (ZEH), ビンゴルーレット無料 Group is also striving to develop and promote Life Cycle Carbon Minus (LCCM) rental housing, a type of housing that achieves a negative balance of CO2 emissions over the building's life cycle. This refers to homes in which emissions from production, transportation, construction, use, renovation, demolition, and disposal are offset by renewable energy such as solar power, resulting in a net ビンゴルーレット無料2 output below zero. As the role of ビンゴルーレット無料 in realizing a decarbonized society becomes increasingly important, LCCM ビンゴルーレット無料 is attracting attention for its ability to balance environmental performance with the living comfort of tenants. In the development of LCCM ビンゴルーレット無料, we are quantifying the environmental burden of buildings throughout their life cycle, from procurement of materials through to demolition and disposal, using the life cycle assessment (LCA) method, and advancing research by accurately measuring reductions in environmental impact.
ビンゴルーレット無料 Trust Construction's LCCM Rental Housing
In June 2021, we completed Japan's first-ever LCCM rental housing complex. Furthermore, in October 2022, we launched sales of our new LCCM rental housing complex, NEWRiSE LCCM. LCCM rental housing contributes to the reduction of tenants' greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and the achievement of ビンゴルーレット無料 Group's GHG emissions targets of 55% reduction by 2030 (compared to 2017), and net zero by 2050. As the role of housing in the realization of a decarbonized society is growing, we are aiming to simultaneously reduce its environmental impact and create comfortable living environments.
