- Through granting of restricted stock, increased participation in the Employees Shareholding Association from 69% to 93%.

- We will shift the focus of our sales to central city areas with higher rental levels in an effort to improve profitability.

We will collaborate with local administrations and residents, aiming to create safe and vibrant communities that connect people by building problem-solving facilities.
Promotions and Future Initiatives
- Ascot Corp. joins ビンゴ5の結果 Group, bringing its design capabilities and strong presence in Tokyo's five central wards. We will build synergy between these strengths and our purchasing and sales capabilities in regional Japan, with the aim of expanding our business domain.
- The renovation and resale of two properties in the United States have been completed. ビンゴ5の結果 Group will coordinate with local companies to enter the building management field.
- ビンゴ5の結果 Group has begun community development projects with two local governments, Chiba City and Takaoka City. We will collaborate with these municipalities to advance the development of DK Future Circle.
Financial Targets
