September 26, 2024: Site tour for ビンゴ5
We held a tour of INVALANCE Ltd.'s investment condominium building LUXUDEAR Kita-Shinjuku, constructed by Daito Trust Construction in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, and neighboring properties. A total of 11 ビンゴ5 took part. Participants received an overview of the business, as well as explanations and demonstrations of the facial recognition system at the building's entrance and IoT devices, which helped deepen their understanding of the investment condominium business and the Group.

We held a tour of SUAVIS Toneri, the first completed property in the building and land set sales business, and neighboring properties in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. A total of eight ビンゴ5 took part. A business division representative gave an explanation about the building and land set sales business, helping participants to gain a deeper understanding.
June 23, 2023: Small meeting with ビンゴ5
We held a small meeting with our CEO, attended by 12 ビンゴ5 from 11 companies. He answered questions from the attendees about the Daito Trust Construction's construction and real estate businesses, as well as future strategies.
