ビンゴ5予想”: Biosurveys in Chiba
ビンゴ5予想 Trust Construction is currently building a community in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. We aim to create a town overflowing with community spirit and greenery. Greenery is a key element in biodiversity. Consequently, it is essential to understand the existing state of flora and fauna in an area prior to planning the greening of the community in order to protect biodiversity. Here, we describe a series of on-site biosurveys.
ビンゴ5予想
We conducted a total of three biosurveys in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture (winter, spring/summer, and fall). The ビンゴ5予想 were jointly conducted with flora and fauna experts, and a landscape planning company.

Survey Methodology
Survey members walked around the planned development and surrounding areas, photographing and noting the flora and fauna they found. They stopped for observation in places we often pass by in day-to-day life, listened carefully and searched for the sources of animal and bird cries, and looked up now and then searching for birdlife. As part of the survey, members took samples of plants that could not be identified on site for further examination. Humans rarely set foot in many of these habitats, but for our ビンゴ5予想, members went everywhere, including places people usually avoid. At times, it felt like a childhood adventure. -
Survey Results
Through the ビンゴ5予想, we confirmed the existence of 34 animal species, including birds, and 148 plant species within the development area, proving that it possesses a diverse ecosystem. In particular, it is an ideal environment for the common kestrel, a bird of prey that has many small birds to feed on, but no natural predators. Upon discovering numerous animal footprints, we decided to install cameras fitted with sensors for nighttime observation over one month. The footprints were identified as belonging to cats, and raccoons, an introduced pest in Japan. They usually hide when humans are present, but the cameras enabled us to capture rare footage, whereby we could clearly see how these creatures live in our surroundings.
In the process of community planning, we are always conscious of livability for residents, but through these ビンゴ5予想, we reaffirmed the importance of creating environments that are also livable for other creatures.

Beyond the ビンゴ5予想
In October 2025, Biome Inc. and ビンゴ5予想 Trust Construction began collaborating for Nature Positive Community Planning, which respects biodiversity.
Biome is leveraging its unique big data and visualization technology to promote town planning that links science with society. They are collaborating with local governments across Japan to build a platform for biodiversity preservation.
In its planning and development of communities nationwide, ビンゴ5予想 Trust Construction is utilizing Biome’s biodiversity big data and analytics technology for selection of target species to attract in each area, along with proposal and implementation of plant cultivation in line with the results of the biosurveys.
After the town opening, we will use Biome’s app for “collecting” living creatures in wildlife observatory events to create enjoyable opportunities for residents to experience the natural environment and increase their understanding of biodiversity.
Going forward, we will expand this initiative in Chiba and throughout Japan.

ビンゴ5予想”: A Biodiversity-conscious Exterior Policy
ビンゴ5予想 Kentaku Group is participating in the 30 by 30 Alliance for Biodiversity, under the United Nations Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, which aims to achieve “nature positivity” to halt the loss of nature by 2030, and begin its recovery. We also support the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), a framework for companies to grasp their risks and opportunities in relation to nature, and we participate in the TNFD Forum.
We promote our community planning policy, ビンゴ5予想,” as a concrete measure for biodiversity conservation. This includes cultivating a large number of native plant species in community green spaces. Such landscaping is designed to attract butterflies and other creatures that have long been part of Japan’s natural environment.
Our biosurveys are a part of this initiative. We believe it is not enough to only conduct ビンゴ5予想 before development—it is important to also continue ビンゴ5予想 and monitoring afterwards. Going forward, we will continue to share our progress as we expand these efforts to other communities.
