 Tokyo, Japan (March 27, 2017) - Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd announced the resignation of the company's Representative 楽天ビンゴ and other changes in Directors effective from April 1, 2017.

Note1: Hitoshi Kadouchi, Yukio Daimon and Shinichi Marukawa will resign their position as 楽天ビンゴ at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled in late June 2017. This is due to the internal rules of the Board of Directors which require retirement at about 60 years of age.
