Assignment of new representative ビンゴ5予想

The Board of ビンゴ5予想 of Daito Trust Construction Co.,Ltd approved today the following changes in ビンゴ5予想 and Executive Officers.

1. ビンゴ5予想 and Executive Officers (as of April 1, 2013)

Note1: Current representative director and president, Isao Minabe, will resign his position as Director after the shareholders meeting that will be scheduled in late June 2013. This is due to Board of ビンゴ5予想’ internal rule that requires retirement at about 60 years of age.

Note2: Number of representative ビンゴ5予想 will become 2 people, to focus on the expansion of our business.

2. Background of this decision

We are currently engaged in the rental apartment construction, as well as tenant recruiting and the asset property management business. Also, our subsidiaries are involved in related businesses with good synergies.
We expect there will be more upside in these areas. Therefore speedy and strategic management will be needed for us to raise our corporate value. As a result we decided on our new two representative ビンゴ5予想 structure.
